Green Packaging Packaging Csomagolástechnikai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1151 Budapest, Székely Elek út 11.; company registration number: 01-09-925538; tax number: 14907797-2-42; hereinafter referred to as the “Company“) wishes to inform you of the following with regard to the personal data recorded in connection with the performance of contractual obligations.
Personaldataofnaturalpersonemployees,companyrepresentatives,contributors(hereinaftercollectively referred to as “Contributors”) will be disclosed in the course of the conclusion and performance of the contract(s)betweenourcompanies(hereinafterreferredtoas”Contract”).
The Company, as the data controller, informs you that the personal data of the Contributors disclosed in connection with the Contract and brought to the attention of the Company as addressed are processed for the purposes of the management of the Contract, the registration of documents during the performance of the Contract, invoice management and the registration of contact details of business partners at the corporate/departmental level.

* The legal basis of the processing is the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of contractual obligations for legitimate interests, accordingly the selection of contracting partners, the conclusion of contracts with them and the provision of contact for the performance of contracts by both parties.
Any natural person whose personal data is processed by the Company may contact the Company with any questions or comments concerning the processing of personal data relating to him or her and request information about the personal data relating to him or her processed by the Company. In the event of a legitimate request by the data subject, the Company shall provide information in writing within 30 days of the request about the personal data relating to him or her which it processes.

The data subject may request the erasure (“right to be forgotten”), rectification, restriction or blocking of their data.
The data subject may at any time request the rectification or erasure of incorrectly recorded data. The Company will erase the data within 15 working days of receiving the request, in which case they will not be recoverable. The erasure does not apply to data processing required by law (e.g. accounting, archiving regulations), which the Company shall retain for the necessary period of time specified above, as required by law.
The Data subject may request the blocking of their data. The Company shall block personal data if the Data subject requests so or if, based on the information available, it is likely that deletion would harm the Data subject’s legitimate interests. Personal data blocked in this way may be processed only for as long as the processing purpose which precluded the deletion of the personal data persists.
Rectification, blocking and erasure shall be notified to the Data subject and to all those to whom the data were previously disclosed for processing. Notification may be omitted if this does not harm the legitimate interests of the Data subject in relation to the purpose of the processing.
If the Company does not comply with the Data subject’s request for rectification, blocking or erasure within 30 days of receipt of the request it shall communicate in writing the factual and legal grounds for refusing the request. The data subject shall have the right to receive personal data relating to them in a structured, commonly used PC readable format and the right to request the transfer of such data to another employer or controller.
Data Subjects may object to the processing of their personal data. The Company shall examine the objection within the shortest possible time from the date of its receiving, but not later than 15 days, decide whether it is justified and inform the Data Subject in writing of its decision.
